Salon Appointment Policies
Schedule, modify, or cancel your appointments directly with your stylist or through Borne’s secure online booking platform. A credit card is necessary to reserve all appointments.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
Life happens, and we get it. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. Unfortunately, no-shows or cancellations on the day of the appointment will be charged the full service price.
Service Satisfaction
Our goal is to ensure you leave our salon delighted with your service, based on our consultation, hair integrity, and future appointment planning. If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied, please contact your stylist within a week of your service. We’re committed to finding a solution that makes you happy.
