If you need to cancel, the easiest and fastest way is to contact your stylist directly. They will assist you in rescheduling.
Life throws curve balls and we get that. For cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice, the retainer fee, (if applicable) will be forfeited, and you will be charged 50% of the service cost.
Cancellations or rescheduling within 3 hours of your appointment—or failing to show—will incur a charge of 100% of the service cost.
Feeling under the weather? Please let us as early as possible, appointments canceled for this reason cannot be rescheduled within 10 days.
Our salon is situated on the second floor of 192 East Bay st Suite 205. Look for the green awning entrance between SNOB and New York City Pizza. Take the elevator or stairs to the second floor, turn right and you’ll find us at the last door on your left.
We understand that delays can happen. If you anticipate being late, please notify your stylist. We offer a 10-minute grace period; however, arrivals later than this may need to be rescheduled.
Please keep in mind if we squeeze you in, the clock starts ticking from the original start time.
The Concord Cumberland Garage is directly in back of the building. You can get there by taking Cone st or Cumberland St to either entrance.

Please arrive with your hair clean, dry, and styled as you typically wear it. This helps us see your everyday look and better customize our services to suit you.
Not totally in love with your look? If somethings off please let us know within 7 days of your visit. Corrections will be made free of charge within 14 days of the original appointment. Please understand that changes in style preference after services are performed do not qualify for complimentary adjustments.
